Our Story

In 2020 when the pandemic was reaching a downfall many people wanted to start training again. However, the lack of movement led to a host of body deficiencies. Our founder, Ben Sonnenburg, took note and wanted to help the community.

The conventional training approach led people to be in more pain, so Ben was determined to pursue advanced education. After receiving a Bachelor’s of exercise science and numerous certifications, he worked closely with many physical therapists.

Today Bean’s Fitness stands as a leader in the industry using advanced training methods helping people reach their goals.
