You are explicitly not granted permission to use data gathering tools, link directly to individual site elements, or otherwise exploit this web site in part or whole for commercial purposes. You are given permission to link to the home page of this web site only, but you may not use the Beans Fitness LLC logo in that link without permission.
  3. Your Account - It is your responsibility to keep your account login and password confidential. Beans Fitness LLC does not sell any products to children but rather to adults who can make purchases with a credit card. If you are under 18 years old, you may use this web site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Beans Fitness LLC reserves the right to refuse service, delete accounts, remove and/or edit content, and cancel orders at their discretion.
  4. Other Companies - Beans Fitness LLC does not assume any responsibility or liability for any third party services offered through our web site.

  6. Modification and Severability - Beans Fitness LLC reserves the right to modify these terms of use and our other policies at any time. If any of the terms of use stated herein are deemed to be invalid, that specific condition is deemed severable and does not affect the other conditions herein.

Beans Fitness LLC is not liable or responsible for the availability, usefulness, or accuracy of the content made available or transmitted to this site. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

  1. Client Cancellations:
    • Notice Requirements: To reschedule a session and avoid losing session credit, the Client must notify Trainer at least 24 hours in advance. Notification can be made via verbal communication, text message, or email, and must receive confirmation from Trainer.
    • One-Time Exception: The Client is allowed one instance of canceling with less than 24 hours' notice and rescheduling the session within 7 days without needing to provide an explanation. This exception is available only once.
    • Missed Session Policy: If the Client fails to provide adequate notice or does not reschedule the missed session within 7 days, the session will be forfeited, and the Client will still be responsible for the payment.
  2. Trainer Cancellations:
    • Within 24 Hours: If Trainer cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the Client will not have the session counted against their total and Trainer will make efforts to reschedule the missed session as soon as possible.
    • More than 24 Hours: If Trainer cancels a session more than 24 hours in advance, the session will be rescheduled, but the Client will not receive a free session. The rescheduling will aim to maintain the consistency of the workout program.
  3. Package Terms:
    • Non-Refundable Packages: Once purchased, 4-session and 10-session packages are non-refundable.
    • Cancellation Fee for Larger Packages: If the Client purchases a 20-session or 40-session package and decides to cancel before completing all sessions, they will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Additionally, they will be charged for any remaining sessions at the higher per-session rate. For example, if the Client buys a 40session package and uses 10 sessions, and then cancels, they will be charged an additional $100 on top of the $25 cancellation fee.
  4. Short/Long Term Absences:
    • Program Halt Policy: If the Client needs to halt their workout program due to vacation, medical reasons, or other purposes, the program can be paused for up to 6 months before the purchased sessions expire. No refunds will be issued for the paused period.
    • Payment During Absence:If a payment plan is in place for a larger package, the Client will continue to be billed during the halt period.

All transactions are conducted in a secure environment to protect against fraudulent observation and or use. We do not store your financial information on the web site such as credit card information.

Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by BeansFitness.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in transmission. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.

Payments

We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via; Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept personal checks. We also accept electronic payments.

(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10 Day waiting period for the check to clear).

Currency in which transactions on BeansFitness.com will be conducted is in United States currency.
