Strength Training For Joint Pain The BE FIT Philosophy: Removing Your Pain

If your body is in pain, it is trying to communicate that something is wrong. Interpreting those messages alone can be very frustrating and challenging to understand. At Bean’s Fitness, we will help you decipher why your body is in pain and provide a plan to get better.

Personalized Strength Training

After reviewing the assessment we will start exercise on the weak muscles to build a better support structure for the joints. The strength training program will also aid to lubricate the joints through specific movements.

Tailored Stretches and Range of Motion Movements

We will take you through stretches on the overactive muscles and provide relief to the muscles that are tight. You will notice that your overall flexibility will increase.
